Same story once again, complained to the client service and then Tom Savage appeared again, asked me for a merchant number and disappeared, no responding to emails and telephone call. Attempted today Toms number, goes straight to voicemail, called Steven’s number and it went through with rings but no pick up. Attempted to ring him till he picks up, no response but after a ring 10 he blocked my number, as I’m too problem for him, rather he might text back acknowledging the call and say he will call me later on etc they can not be on the phone for 30min, as they never ever been on the phone with me, all on emails. Most likely they work from home and it is too annoying to speak to someone when you have your family and pets around. Well done, you just lost another consumer.
