I’m a customer with goodtill for the last 5 years, tried to get a card reader given that 10th of August and was put through to Tom Savage, who stopped reacting to my emails and the calls, so I needed to call the client service to find out why is this and apparently Tom went on yearly leave and never set up out of workplace and never passed my demand to anybody else. The Steven Daly selected up from here, managed to ge the merchant and the finalizing number and then Steven disappeared. Same story once again, complained to the client service and then Tom Savage appeared again, asked me for a merchant number and disappeared, no responding to emails and telephone call. Attempted today Toms number, goes straight to voicemail, called Steven’s number and it went through with rings but no pick up. Attempted to ring him till he picks up, no response but after a ring 10 he blocked my number, as I’m too problem for him, rather he might text back acknowledging the call and say he will call me later on etc they can not be on the phone for 30min, as they never ever been on the phone with me, all on emails. Most likely they work from home and it is too annoying to speak to someone when you have your family and pets around. Well done, you just lost another consumer.
