I’m a customer with goodtill for the last 5 years, tried to get a card reader considering that 10th of August and was put through to Tom Savage, who stopped responding to my e-mails and the calls, so I had to call the client service to find out why is this and apparently Tom went on yearly leave and never set up out of office and never passed my request to anybody else. Tried today Toms number, goes straight to voicemail, called Steven’s number and it went through with rings but no pick up.

Goodtill on the whole is Okay but does have serious flaws (IMHO) Re discounts rules, you do not see these used until you press the pay button. Simply have to make sure my personnel are conscious of this, but when you can have several discount rates it can be problematic.
