I’m a customer with goodtill for the last 5 years, tried to get a card reader since 10th of August and was put through to Tom Savage, who stopped reacting to my emails and the calls, so I needed to call the customer support to learn why is this and apparently Tom went on annual leave and never established out of workplace and never passed my demand to anybody else. So the Steven Daly picked up from here, managed to ge the finalizing and the merchant number and after that Steven disappeared. Very same story again, grumbled to the customer support and then Tom Savage appeared again, asked me for a merchant number and disappeared, no reacting to emails and call. Tried today Toms number, goes straight to voicemail, called Steven’s number and it went through with rings however no pick up. Attempted to call him up until he gets, no answer but after a ring 10 he blocked my number, as I’m too nuisance for him, instead he could text back acknowledging the call and state he will call me later on and so on they can not be on the phone for 30min, as they never been on the phone with me, all on emails. Goodtill on the whole is OK but does have serious defects (IMHO) Re discounts rules, you do not see these applied up until you press the pay button. My personnel have applied a manual over flight hence give the discount rate two times. Other functions work well particularly the synch to our Web site (WooCommerce) with stock control. Just need to make sure my staff know this, but when you can have several discount rates it can be problematic.
